Although this is commonly believed to be the case, black and Twitter respond with a different outlook. In the end it became a stronghold for the black culture and this gave rise to the movements that were of great cultural importance such as #BlackLivesMatter and #OscarsSoWhite.
The Followed Ecological Zone of Black Culture
Black Twitter, according to the character Prentice Penny, a show director for the series and former Insecure HBO show’s creator, is a kind of an exclusive cultural realm where black culture is popping up on the internet in a specific way. Twitter is public, but the conversations across it strike you as the ones that pass between friends and has no hierarchy or barriers at all.
